Having the right setting for your Exhibition or Conference can have a huge impact on the success of the event.  Our Event Organiser will help you plan and host the event to guarantee its success. 

Our largest function room, The Carol Embrey Suite, is capable of holding 250 people, in a wide variety of formats.

The smaller rooms are ideally suited as break-out rooms or for use as private demonstration rooms.

The Brimscombe Suite will hold 40 people and is arranged as an informal meeting area with comfy sofas, bar, and TV.

The Chalford Suite holds 30 people and is arranged in a semi-formal format and includes a bar and TV.

The Avening Suite is a formal Boardroom-style meeting room holding up to 12 people comfortably.

The remaining suites are all set-up in a formal meeting table format and hold up to 10 people
