If you are looking to host a corporate event, a small meeting or perhaps an informal business luncheon in peaceful surroundings, you have come to the right place.

Some of the bigger problems conference and event organisers face include finding a venue that’s a suitable size with good parking and access, logistics, catering and accommodation, however the Five Valleys Conference Centre has the solution to all these problems.

Our experienced staff will work alongside our clients to ensure the event runs like clockwork so on the day they don’t have to worry about a thing, it’s all taken care of. Clients will have their own dedicated Conference Representative who provides guidance through the whole planning process and the event itself. They provide plenty of practical advice including:

  • Room Seating Layouts – be it Boardroom, Theatre or Cabaret Style
  • Getting people to and from the event
  • Broadband Access allowing you to connect to your office remotely
  • Entertainment for your event
  • Audio/visual setup to suit your requirements

The Centre is also gaining a great reputation for its standard of catering and we have a selection of buffet menus for Clients to choose from. Alternatively, our chef can agree an appropriate three of four course menu to meet your specific requirements .

With over 200 car parking spaces, the venue caters for meetings, conferences and functions from 2 to 250 people and is open 7 days a week. 

Whilst the Five Valleys Conference and Leisure Centre doesn't have its own accommodation, this can be organised for customers at great rates with nearby affiliate hotels and guest houses to suit all budgets.
